I appoint Sustainable Investment Exchange Pty Ltd as my agent to lodge resolutions and supporting statements with the Company on my behalf. I confirm that:
- I am the person who owns shares in the Company, or I am otherwise duly authorised to act on behalf of the person who owns shares in the Company;
- I am entering into a legally binding Agency Agreement; and
- I have read and understood the
